We dispatch within 2 working days of payment. Orders are sent by OUTPLAY from Sangam, Anantnag, Jammu & Kashmir with The Professional Couriers. We share tracking details after courier handover.
Delivery is free across India for the 100-bat founding batch. After handover, we'll provide the courier name and tracking reference. An online tracking link will be supplied when available.
If our courier can't deliver to your address, contact hello@outplaycricket.com and we'll refund your payment. Refunds are processed in 5–7 working days, to the original payment method.

You can request cancellation before your order is dispatched. Email hello@outplaycricket.com with your order reference.
For an eligible cancellation accepted before dispatch, OUTPLAY will initiate a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed in 5–7 working days, to the original payment method.
Once the courier has accepted the shipment, our exchanges and returns policy applies.

Changed your mind? You can exchange an unused ZERO within 3 business days of delivery, in its original packaging. You'll get another bat from the same batch, with a different serial number and grain, subject to availability. You pay the return shipping; we ship the replacement.

SOMETHING NOT RIGHT?
If your ZERO arrives damaged, defective or is the wrong item, we replace it at our cost. If we can't replace it, we give you a full refund, including shipping. Send us photos or an unboxing video of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR ZERO.
ZERO is intended for hard-tennis cricket, not leather-ball play.
This bat is built for tennis and tape balls. A season or leather ball will damage it, and that damage is not covered.
Keep the bat clean and dry after use. Avoid leaving it exposed to moisture or prolonged extreme heat. Store it in a dry place and protect it from unnecessary impact.
If you notice a crack or another issue, stop using the bat and contact OUTPLAY before attempting a repair.
We don't offer an additional commercial performance warranty. Your rights under applicable consumer law are unaffected.
WHAT COMES WITH ZERO?
One OUTPLAY ZERO hard-tennis bat, protective wrapping, a branded OUTPLAY box and a personal founder's thank-you note. A bat cover is not included in the current Founding Drop.

OUTPLAY accepts prepaid payments through Razorpay. Cash on delivery and partial COD are not offered.
Your final order total is displayed before payment. An order is confirmed only after payment has been verified.

We collect the contact and delivery information needed to process orders, arrange delivery and provide support, including name, email, mobile number and delivery address. Payment information is processed by Razorpay; OUTPLAY does not store payment card details.
Our storefront uses Vercel hosting, Supabase for order records and Resend for transactional email. Order access uses private links, and access to operational information is restricted.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views in aggregate. It uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

OUTPLAY ZERO is offered as a Kashmir willow Double Scoop bat intended for hard-tennis cricket. The Founding Drop price is ₹2,499 per bat for the first batch of 100. The planned regular price afterward is ₹2,999. Founding-batch delivery is free across India. Orders are prepaid only, with a maximum of five bats per order.
