Delivery region

OUTPLAY currently accepts and ships orders only within India.

Order processing and dispatch

Confirmed orders are normally dispatched within 2 business days. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays applicable at the dispatch location. If OUTPLAY cannot meet this dispatch target, it will communicate the delay using the contact details supplied with the order where reasonably possible.

Delivery estimate

Estimated delivery is 3-8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by destination, courier operations, weather, public disruption, and other circumstances outside OUTPLAY's reasonable control. OUTPLAY will not use this clause to avoid responsibility for a delay that is attributable to OUTPLAY.

Shipping charges

Delivery is free for the Founding Batch of the first 100 bats. From Batch 2 onward, the applicable shipping charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout before the customer confirms payment. OUTPLAY will not add an undisclosed compulsory shipping charge after an order is placed.

Tracking, address accuracy, and delivery issues

Tracking information will be shared when provided by the courier. Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. A customer should contact OUTPLAY promptly if tracking shows an unexplained delay, the parcel appears lost, or the delivery details need correction.

If an order is returned because the customer supplied an incomplete or incorrect address, could not be reached after reasonable courier attempts, or refused delivery without an OUTPLAY-attributable reason, actual forward and return courier costs may be deducted in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy.

If the courier confirms that a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, OUTPLAY will offer an appropriate replacement or refund without charging the customer for return shipping.
